Special areas of expertise include Appreciative Inquiry, Conflict Resolution, Mediation and Negotiation, and Strategic Planning. I have practiced and taught these subjects at national and international conferences, to organizations, and at Universities.
In addition to working with Seattle Constellations Institute, Karla is a consultant (Human Resources, Strategic Planning) and Life Coach in private practice. She also has an Astrology-Numerology practice.

 Mark A. Johnson M.A., L.M.F.T. Principle and Program Director Mark is the founder of Seattle Constellations Institute (also known as the Systemic Constellations Institute or SCI) and is the current president of the Seattle Constellations Network. Mark began his training in Family and Systemic Constellation training in 2000 with world-renowned facilitator G. Dietrich Weth of Frankfurt Germany. He has been leading workshops and training facilitators in family and systemic constellations in the US and overseas since 2003. Mark also consults for organizations and academic programs, is faculty at Atlantic University, and facilitates constellations for members of the Muckleshoot Tribe.  Lisa Marie Main M.A. Groups and Organizational Development Lisa is co-founder of Appreciative Inquiry consulting and Continuum Consulting Services, teaches Authentic Leadership and communication at Duke University in North Carolina and facilitates strategic planning sessions, retreats and workshops for individuals, families and organizations throughout the U.S. and as far away as Azerbaijan. She earned her Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Science: Leadership in Human Systems, and her Bachelor's in Administration of Justice and Public Safety.
